STOP TRYING TO TURN YOUR WHOLE LIFE AROUND IN ONE WEEK!


Too often people try and flip their whole life around in one week but the thing is it’s not possible!!! 👎


You can try and change every habit that you have created over your lifetime in one week


BUT


It’s not going to be sustainable because you’re gonna fall back into your original habits


It takes time and effort to form new habits - so just start one by one.



💡 Think about it like this...


If you want to lift a 100kg squat - you don’t just put 100 kg on the bar fail and then give up, do you?


No, you work your way up each and every single week to try and hit that 100 kg squat goal


It’s important to see habits this way as well, we need to slowly implement new habits that we want to form.


Drip feed them in rather than trying to change everything at once, getting overwhelmed and giving up because you think you failed.


Slow progress is still progressed but fast progress can often and in Failure.


Set yourself up for success by taking baby steps 🔝
