Firstly asking yourself are you too full or are you afraid to eat more food?
Do you think than an increase volume of food is going to make you put on body weight?
-
The truth is, high quality food is almost always more satiating and provides more volume.
A lot of my girls when first starting out with me are surprised at how much they are eating.
But they are eating just as much or maybe less calories than before hand but they are now choosing high quality, whole foods.
Which 'looks' like more food but isn't as calorically dense but more nutritionally dense.

You will often find that foods high in fibre and whole foods will also satiate you for longer and fill you up more.
Take for example a standard size mars bar usually contains 230 calories and you could probably eat a decent meal with this too.
For the same calories you could have a bowl of oats with berries and a scoop of protein. This is going to satisfy you for longer and provide you many more nutritional benefits.

Stop seeing foods for how much or how little they may look rather look at the as the nutritional benefits and calorie content.
Enjoy more food, for less calories!!!
