Tracking your food is an AMAZING tool!


⭐️ It helps to educate you about the foods you are eating, both quantity and quality.


⭐️ You will also learn the macronutrient content each food has. As well as the density of some foods.


⭐️ You will understand how you can make better choices to manage hunger


⭐️ You will reach your goals much faster than if you weren't to track


⭐️ You will become more aware of how much food you are consuming


⭐️ You will be able to understand what foods your body loves and foods you’re body doesn’t agree with


⭐️ You will want eat to fuel your body rather than to eat mindlessly


⭐️ You will learn how important consistency is to make informed decisions about the food you consume


I am personally a big fan of tracking


I believe ALMOST everyone should track for a period of time because of the education you can gain from it


BUT!!!!


⚠️ Tracking is NOT forever ⚠️

The goal is to become educated from tracking over time so that when you do reach you ultimate goal you can maintain your physique WITHOUT tracking.

⛔️ Tracking can lead to unhealthy relationships with food and can sometimes cause more harm than good.


⛔️ Don’t become obsessed with tracking!


⛔️ Don’t revolve your world around it!


It’s a TOOL it’s not a NECESSITY!
