This guide booklet will show you how to compare the calorie content in a variety of different fruits, vegetables, meats, breads and alternatives.

This will allow you to easily swap out different alternatives whilst still adhering to your nutrition plan.

I have also included fibre content for you to compare to different foods if you struggle to hit your daily fibre.

150g
200g

You can use this table to see the portion size of a food and the calorie content of that food to see if you can swap it out for something either with greater volume (to help manage hunger) or more calorie dense (if you're on higher calories but struggle to hit your daily intake)

The goal of this guide is to give you the ability to make decisions for yourself in regards to your nutrition to give you more flexibility by setting you up with the tools you need to create your own meal plans and food swaps.
