WANT THE SECRET TO BUILDING A BOOTY?
Trust me when I say this because for years I tried eating so little and doing cardio it classes 2 x a day!
So many girls are afraid to eat in a surplus and go through a building phase.
This does not mean you have to put on a shit tone of body fat!
When i was at the PEAK of my bulk phase i still had muscle definition. 🍑
You don’t have to get super chunky. 🙅🏼♀️
If you are consistent and have a structured training program you will put those extra calories to use and are likely to increase you lean muscle mass and reduce the body fat increase.

⭐️ The goal of a building phase is to enter a surplus that will maximise muscle growth and minimise the increase in fat mass.
⭐️ Yes body fat will increase its inevitable but it depends on the how much of a surplus you're in.
⭐️ The body has a limit on how much protein it can utilise each day for the process of building lean muscle tissue.
Therefore when it reaches its “limit” the excess calories are potentially stored as body fat even if it’s protein! 😱
The term bulk you may be thinking of is usually the results of what’s called a dirty bulk,
When you eat whatever whenever and there is no structure to it you’re likely to put on a lot of body fat do this.

To build muscle you must be at maintenance level, (which usually will take much longer than a surplus but its still possible) 🍑
Or
Spend some time in a controlled surplus.
And lift some decent weights!
If you live in a deficit you will never growth the booty of your dreams!! 🙅🏼♀️🍑😱‼️
